The Headpins rocked the joint and I love it. We saw you last night at Silverado's in Winnipeg. Darby your vocals are still giving out that "OMG WOW factor". You were unbelievable. Tony does things with his guitar that just make your jaw drop. The entire band gives me faith that rock is here for ever and ever. What a fantastic night for this old rocker.

No rap, no hip hop, just great Canadian rock. I feel bad for today's kids not having new music from these types of bands, Great concert, the band rocked and boy can Darby still belt it out.

The legendary Headpins! In Terrace today I saw an awe inspiring rock performance like you never see anymore. And oh those familiar pipes, when you can sing like that why stop. Take breaks but don't stop yet. You never see drum or melodic bass solo's in rock bands today. The low 5th string thundered clearly even while delivering such high harmonics and chords...nice work. Keys also tastefully done! So much presence on stage tonight it was a sonic high. Thank-you Headpins. Last saw your band at the Boo pub in Burnaby around 84/85. Darby was wearing a cool looking pin striped jumpsuit outfit. Hang on..my house is shaking...I received a vision... Darby returned to the studio and laid down something new and artistically very personal. And the band collaborated instinctively on a new yet slightly different Headpins album. And everyone actually bought this album because it was real.
